Yes. All CMAK cranes and hoists are designed and built in compliance with FEM, ISO, and EN standards to ensure maximum safety, reliability, and service life.

• CMX Hoists offer a balance of performance and cost for medium-duty applications.

Yes. We keep critical parts in stock and can ship worldwide. For cost efficiency, many customers include spare parts in their next Crane Kit or equipment shipment.

Yes. Our team provides technical assistance via email, video call, and on-site visits when necessary.We also maintain a full library of manuals and technical drawings for our partners.

We operate exclusively under EXW (Ex Works) terms from our facility in Sakarya, Turkey. This means customers arrange their own pickup and transportation once their order is ready. We can, however, recommend trusted freight forwarders if needed.

Orders should be collected as soon as possible once notified as ready. Extended storage is not part of our standard service and may incur charges. Specific storage arrangements, if required, must be agreed in writing prior to order completion.

Yes — if timing allows, we can prepare multiple orders (cranes, hoists, spare parts) for collection at the same time, reducing your transportation costs.

Yes. CMAK Crane Systems is fully equipped to perform Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) for complete crane systems before dispatch. Our capabilities include:

• Full load testing of complete cranes
• Motion and control system verification
• Inspection in the presence of customer or third-party inspectors
• Comprehensive documentation and test reports for compliance
